Talking of Newcastle United they were supposed to play a game yesterday evening - against Aston Villa.  However it was postponed because 8 first team players have tested positive for Covid ( and 2 more are suspected of having it )  Seems like the club haven't been taking the necessary precautions to stop the spread of the virus. As far as I know they are the only Premiership club who have had to postpone a match because of Covid.

Its been another dark and rainy day.  So I have stayed indoors.  Nipped out to replenish the bird feeders and that was it.  In for the rest of the day.  Should really have ticked a few chores off my " to do " list but in the end I settled down in front of the TV and watch 3 episodes of Vera back to back.  Tino was on my knee most of the time so he was happy.
