Out in the cold..,

Well, we ate wearing our coats and with scarves wrapped round our knees, but it’s been a very happy evening with our friends. Meanwhile, inside looked snug with guests in party dresses....Our friendship and laughter kept us in warm spirits. My extra.

It’s a very nice and popular restaurant and holds memories of other happy evenings. I’m now sitting on the sofa with a blanket over my legs and a hottle bottle. as we call them, to warm my feet.

My sister had her scan this afternoon. She’s been in a lot of pain this week and is really eager to know what’s going on. We pray it’s not due to a spread of her cancer.
