Topsy Turvy

A steady night at work where by some miracle I managed to stay awake although I could very happily have nodded off on the train.

Sleep would have to wait a little longer, I had a date in the park with 3 awesome team mates for some bonus point filming. Robert's Park was the place to be this morning; PT sessions, running club, parents with young kids who'd likely already been up for hours; an exercise class and a photographer who was revelling in the activity! An hour of rollerblading hockey player, runners and dancers, we got some good footage and agreed that we were all better suited to cycling and running than dance!

Back home mid morning, a quick breakfast then sleep!
