Down in the cellars

Oops almost forgot to blip today and was on my way down to the cave to search out a bottle for this evening when I thought a cave blip might be fun! In the mood for a red this evening and returned with a Chateau Les Religieuses 2003 which is now decanted and returning to room temperature. Les Religieuses is a Bordeaux from the St Emilion appellation so a Merlot 85% / Cabernet Sauvignon 15% blend from the vineyard of F. Dumas.
