So proud of my granddaughter Maddie who opened up her florists cabin, called 'Flowers by Maddie' at the local garden centre today.    An ideal time for it as the garden centre held a Christmas Event today.   I called in and she was very busy but still found time to make me up a fabulous bouquet of flowers,.   She has sold lots of beautiful flowers and has lots of orders for holly wreaths and Christmas decorations.   She's also running six holly wreath making workshops, (I'm going on one of them) and has conducted one via Zoom, which was a great success, having sent all involved a box containing all the materials needed.
Not to be outdone brother Alfie lent his tractor skills to the event by towing cars to safety that had become stuck in the mud on one of the meadows due to all the rain (and snow) we've had recently.
