Cryptic charade

Today is Silly Saturday and boy do we need a Silly day! 

We do this in memory of Admirer, a blipper who, sadly, I did not get a chance to know. Her journal can be seen here. 

Davidc has organised us to continue her Saturday tradition on the first Saturday of each month. Thank you David! 

I have the pleasure of looking at all of the entries under the tag SilSDec2020. I will try to have hearts awarded by Tuesday evening :)))

My entry today is a challenge of its own. It is a reflection of the state of all blippers! It takes the form of a charade - each part has a sound that you add together to create a word - in this case an adjective.
