Whooper Swans

A walk around Holm to Graemeshall Loch and Loch of Ayre. Very poor light today, very flat for photography. At the lochs were the whoopers, loads of wigeon and mallard, 3 pairs of shoveler, goldeneye, long-tailed ducks, herons etc. Most whoopers have passed through on their way to warmer climes, but a few still here. These two were 'whooping' away, which was nice to hear. The nearby ducks are wigeon.
