Weather!

Isn't our weather wonderful! Yesterday was dire; after a day of slushy snow, sleet, rain and wind, we had a wild stormy night. Then this morning the sun rose and we have had a beautiful day - sunshine and blue skies, dry, still and bright . . . all day. 

Very little snow left now - just on the highest fell tops. This is the Pennine Way track up to High Cup Nick. A bit wet underfoot, but I did like the blue sky reflected in the water. We were a bit concerned as we watched a couple set off on the climb. It was 2pm and they were not likely to do the walk before the sun went down.
