LEVENS ESTUARY GREENODD

Busy day again today.  Started off at 10.00 am with the EDPS Camera Club weekend on-line meet-ups.  Listened to Emma's welcome then did a one to one chat with fellow students for a couple of hours.

After lunch I decided I wanted to get out for a little while but headed for The Levens Estuary Picnic Area at Greenodd (just off the A590.  It was busy with fishermen and a family picnicking, but I didn't have to go anywhere, so too a few shots.  Didn't know which one to choose, but like the texture in the sands on the main.  I've put some of the others in extras.

I then decided I would head for home via Cartmel.  Cartmel was quite busy so just drove through.

Apparently the DPD driver  (who delivered a package to us at lunch time said Grange was heaving and not much evidence of social distancing so stayed away from anywhere like that.

Finished wrapping up a couple of presents that I have to drop off at Mum's tomorrow with some other shopping.  Then at 5.00 pm continuing with the EDPS on-line meet up for, probably about an hour.  Then after evening meal I will joining a zoom author's talk with Frances Brody from Leeds way between 7 to to 8 pm.

Will try to catch up on your blips now.  It's been a beautiful day but so many people about, driving and walking - which is good but not when there is too many. Aah well there's no place like home, said Dorothy!!!

Stay safe. see you all tomorrow.
