Lights

It is so nice seeing all the Christmas lights twinkling away. I will have to have a wander along our High Street one evening as our town lights are now up and usually look lovely as they just pop little white twinkly lights throughout the trees.

I had a nice day off, starting out with a coffee stop - so nice to be able to do that again.  I then planned to wrap some Christmas presents but when I got them out I just couldn’t face it so popped everything in bags with some tissue paper. Lazy - but quicker and less frustrating as I really do hate wrapping stuff.   I don’t mind one offs, it is having to do it over and over again. I really ought to wrap things as they arrive but never do and then the more I leave it, the less I can face it.

Footie is back on at Exeter City! We have decided not to go yet. Hopefully Mum and Dad will get the vaccine fairly early on and then it won’t seem so risky to do a bit more mingling. Exeter have been having a good season - even managing 6 goals in one match. Watch it be back to nil nils or single goals when all the fans get back.  I guess this means our cardboard mini me’s will be able to come home at some point. We still have no idea what we will do with them!
