Sleet

The last few days have been unrelentingly grey and cold, and I've had little desire to leave the house. This does mean I've finally made some progress on decorating our shower-room, which was long overdue. Today was the worst of all, with wet snow for much of the morning followed by heavy rain. I wouldn't be surprised if the river floods in the next day or two...

This is the only photo I took, showing sleet on the windscreen of the car as I waited to pick Ben up form Waitrose. Hopefully we'll have some brighter weather soon and I'll be able to get out to find some more interesting photographic inspiration.
