So still

Went out for a lovely refreshing walk with my buddy this morning. No running or shuffling- thank The Lord! It's great having all this on your doorstep-Inverkip marina.
Walked into Lunderston Bay and along the costal path and out at Inverkip Beach. Met quiet a few furry friends en route having great fun running in and out the woods. Tried to get a pic but they wouldn't stay still for long enough.
Ended up in cafe for a latte with a shot of caramel, well 2 actually, quite fancy one just now.
Boys at footie practice, S at work. Haven't seen him since Sunday , we are passing ships in the night these days!
