Marigold

The marigolds have been looking very sad last couple of days after windy rain, sleet, hail, snow & ice. Tonight this flower didn't look so droopy maybe it will be more upright tomorrow.

About 4:40ish this morning there was a very loud bang, which sounded like an explosion which woke most of Edinburgh & surrounding areas but after a few rumbles later it was thunder & lightning but certainly a bit fright the first one.

Apparently it is known as thundersnow, however, it mostly rained after the storm so no snow left my part of Edinburgh. Hoping for a peaceful sleep & weekend.
