Low Winter Sun

A brief slice of sunlight in the garden this morning lit up the early flowering narcissus in the cold frames.   Lots more types have buds and shoots above ground now but progress is slow in these short and currently cold days.   Lots to look forward to.

A busy sort of a day.  Jamie had a fasting bloods test and other routine assessments done at the heath centre then a long session with Tim.   I was free to do laundry, walk Meg, shop and cook tea - slow cooked sausage casserole - before a couple of hours at work as it got dark.  Nice to be there early enough to see other folk still on the premises.   A chilled evening at home now.
