Happy Hip

My physiotherapist told me at 8:30am that my hip was probably the best hip she’d see all day. That’s a good start to any day! My back niggle is totally treatable thankfully.

With restrictions lifted I could go to Ballinspittle to collect all my refills and get to the beach.

First day for the gloves. And I think the leap year might have something to do with me missing my big day. thank you all for the attention.
