The heart of a daffodil

Went for a walk in the cold this morning, against a biting wind, with the camera and took a couple of possible shots for today's blip. When I got home I found that the memory card was not in the camera so I had nothing!

Much too cold to go out again (or just not brave enough!) so I have elected to do another macro shot - this time looking close into a single daffodil. The ends of the stamen appear to almost be in the shape of a heart.

Love at the centre - just reminds me of the fact that it is God's love that holds all things together, and that we are called to reflect that love.
