Rainy day

Another full-on work day, and a very rainy one, so no walk today and very square eyes from staring at the computer for so long.  Had a useful catch-up with our CRM providers this morning though, and despite all the problems we've been coming across lately, actually felt like some progress was starting to be made.  Sorta.
