... yes, that's Grandpa Bob

I was out on the street to watch Roam and Shenny pull up in their van, suitably quarantined after their 4,000 mile round trip through an increasingly locked-down France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and Austria. They've returned a little earlier than scheduled, mostly down to the difficulties of travelling at such a time, compounded by issues with their battery and solar panels. They needed this trip to iron out the wrinkles with their conversion. They'd plunged right in at the deep end. With the main aim of visiting the Dolomites, van life in sub-zero temperatures proved to be a bit of shock to the system. It certainly wasn't easy not being able to find somewhere for morning coffee and a recharge of phones and laptops. 

Whiskey knew exactly where he had pitched up. He headed straight to the gate, eager to get up to the flat and rediscover his favourite corners there. He's become enormous!
