Office views

We're lucky and have the office in the middle of nowhere and lots of space. However Bob (who owns it all) is less lucky in that he has loads of buildings all wanting to be done up. If he does it all up he ends up with loads of neighbours and vehicle movements, if he doesn't he has buildings falling to bits with no income.
