Remember, Remember the 1st of December

Remember this?  I didn't.  Lol!  Until somebody, who has a better memory than me, reminded me on Fartbook.  So thanks Renee.

So the surprise was a wonderful Lego Star Wars Advent calendar, and I get to play with Lego again.  As you can see in this, this chap is wondering if Darth Vader can provide a hot cup of tea, a dark cuppa ;)

Other than that nothing much to report.  As usual I had to respond to an emergency, the rain returned and I managed a power ramble.  On my power ramble I caught up with an old friend who had sent a Christmas card today.  I was sorry to hear that he'd been having a hard time with his health, not COVID related thank goodness, and he was still struggling a bit.  I hope he's better soon.

That reminds me I've not heard from one of my best friends still after he tested positive for COVID.  I really do hope he's ok.
