Welcoming party

“Light” might be an exaggeration for today. Dismal and grey more like.

A short trip out this afternoon for a change of scene, after the usual busy Thursday morning. Called in briefly at Pennington Flash. Usually too popular for us, but the dismal weather seemed to have deterred a lot of people. Humans well outnumbered by Canada Geese. They were too far off to photograph with my phone as I got out of the car. But then they all started to walk towards me, the expectation of being fed reducing any fear on their part.
