J asked if I’d replace a suspect 3 gang dimmer switch (one of which is a two way). All went wrong as I started with earthing the new switch (metal body) and 3 times did the earth wires pull out. However having got that sorted the remainder went reasonably well (only 1 error) and it is all working well.

An Amazon return has got confusing (to me) involving qr codes to be scanned at a shop. Hope it all works tomorrow.
