Sad ending...

Today I went over to Vanners Silks in Sudbury, as I’d contacted the administrators about buying old stock, and they let me know that they were selling some today. I got quite a few ‘roll ends’ as most of the large buyers weren’t interested in just a few metres, but that is perfect for my needs.

I saw the sales director, and it was a bit emotional, as he had been the force behind me exhibiting at the Sudbury Silk Festival. 

Apparently there has been some interest in buying the business, but nothing concrete yet. 

I missed having Dorsetb with me!
