lost sheep

I didn't actually lose the sheep, they ran out of the frame when I tried to take a selfie with them.. There are still 13 Hardwicks living in this field and they're quite laid back but obviously feeling shy this afternoon.

I've done a lot of housework today and written some Christmas cards, so felt the need to get some exercise. D was "at college" so I walked all the way around the field without poles. Another step on the way back to fitness :-)
