Lay-out

This is Chris, one of the members of the Fish and all round nice guy.

Today was Layout training for the Fish (Lancaster Uni's Ultimate Frisbee Team). We run this every year to teach people how to layout so that they don't hurt themselves doing something stupid (like I did, and I've been out for 6 weeks with soft tissue damage in my shoulder) Facial Expressions were hilarious!

Post training I went to a Social for the Language Society. Lots of food, lots of wine (for everyone else, damn lent!) and lots of socialising. Great night
