Feeding time

Thrush with its chicks in a small area of bush just down the road. Wouldn't have noticed it except that mum flew past my ear when we were walking along the boardwalk the other evening. The light was better this afternoon but still needed the tripod and plenty of patience. The babies could sense the arrival of food from a distance and would reach up with beaks open before the adult landed.
