Love or memories?

Quick circuit round the local woodlands as it looked as though it might rain.  Spotted these 2 hearts in a tree by the pond.  Not sure if they are to mark a relationship or there as a memorial.  Pretty all the same.  Now posting this at 2am and it is pouring down!
