The gas engineer said he’d arrive around 3 - 3:30pm, I phoned at 4:45pm to see if he was still coming, left a voicemail. So much for customer service and managing to turn up or at least phoning if you can’t.

Emailed the insurance company x2, more cracks in another room - usual!
