Wall sculpture

I saw this on a wall in the back garden of one of my customer's properties and was rather taken with it. I have no idea if it is just what it is or if the face is well known or a variation of that. I'm thinking the sun maybe?
I completely forgot to ask about it or where they purchased it so that was very remiss of me wasn't it. It is about 20" in diameter. I want one!
