I woke up with the worst panic attack I’ve ever had. doc says it’s not the meds but it’s too much of a coincidence. not sure how I managed my first maggie’s group zoom but I did, even though I cried all the way through. not sure it was the best thing to do today, lots of poor souls with horrible stories.
