It’s not Christmas......

....... without a poinsettia, just messing about with the macro lens this morning and came up with this shot, hope you like it.

The rest of my morning was spent in the kitchen where I rustled up a healthy vegetable soup, I call it bottom of the fridge soup.

Mr PC worked out in the garden and tidied  and cut back the plants around the pond area where he came upon a large pile of leaves, we think a hedgehog is hibernating.

The doggies had an extra treat this afternoon as we needed to post a letter so we walked into the village,  it was quite light when we set off but on the way back the lane (blipped a few days ago) was dark and foggy.

According to ‘Paul’ the weatherman, snow is forecasted on the higher ground this week.
