Coronavirus Tier 2 - Day 1

A gloomy, drizzly, lights-on-all-day kind of day, so how wonderful to receive a sparkly Christmas card, my first of the year, all the way from Finland! Thank you so much HHH, really cheered me up :)

A day taken up with a supermarket delivery and other mundane chores. Another cheery point of my day was when the elderly neighbour I shop for was overcome with emotion when I invited her to join us for Christmas lunch, she’d resigned herself to spending Christmas on her own. And then of course there was the wonderful news about the vaccine!
