Shoe tree

I walked a different way to work last night! Up the other side of the hill! It took slightly longer but, it was the first time I'd been through in daylight in months!
Came across loads of things I didn't know we're there like a MUGA and a skate park.

Noticed this tree with all these trainers in! Local art?? Or local bullies stealing people's shoes??

I hope it is local art!
