December already - how did the year pass so quickly?

More admin. today. And more messing around trying to sort out several minor problems, including this one. We pay monthly for a cheap business SIM card from BT, for which they send a bill through the post. But because they're concerned about "the impact on the environment" they're charging for paper bills. I'm more than happy to go paperless, especially as the the fee for each paper bill is half as much again as the cost of the SIM card! But to get the bill online, you have to register, and we can't register as our account number and bill number are not in the format required for the registration form. Grrr! Awaiting email reply from BT mobile support.

After-lunch walk required to stretch legs and clear mind, so after fetching some essential shopping I went down by the river. Just after 2.00pm, it was very overcast and gloomy, but the cloud dissipated a little as I walked back up the hill. Good to chat with Elaine (in days of old we used to sing in the same group) and Sarah (who lives next door), whom I 'bumped' into en route.
