First Christmas tree in years!

It’s been years since we have actually had a tree. There have been several factors that conspired against it. First, for as long as I can remember we’ve been traveling the first week of December. For some reason this year we canceled those plans. Also, the house we had been living in for the previous 20 years was really too small to accommodate anything more than a shelf-top tree and for the limited time in the limited size it didn’t seem worth it. So, this year we have a tree. It’s got some basic decorations on it so far and it’s already pretty. My wife treated me to a light show last night… They blink, they twinkle, they alternate colors… Pretty much everything you can think of, they do!
