Tigger takeover

I had a good walk with Jenny today from Killington village up the hill to an interesting area of open access land. Looks worth investigating in the spring.
I made roast chicken for supper with some of Jenny’s delicious Jerusalem artichokes. They are so good roasted, I wonder why they are not generally available?
The house hen is laying an egg every day, which is interesting as her sisters outside are not. Must be the cushy life!
