Shocked - a cloudy day in Cloudy Bay! Mizzly rain and long trousers needed for part of
the day. Still great that we could stop and make a cuppa when ever we fancied. I love Stan the Van.
Drove to Pohura, watched Rich (as in pic) and friends climbing. I missed Mike doing his turn, I had my head in a very good book! Sorry Mike! 'The Captive Wife' is a tale of kidnap, Maori tribes, Australian convicts, New Zealand Whalers and good old Blightly killing, maiming and plundering away in the name of The King & Queen, Christianity and English civilisation. It's based on true events and set in many places around this area that we have been to.
Went for dinner and stayed with Annie at her gorgeous house, full of light, warm welcomes, delicious food from her garden and a showers!
All drank too much and laughed a LOT til late.
