#konatochristmas stage 3, day 1

I may have rested this weekend but my legs were still feeling the effects of all their hard work last week! A new week and a big push to finish the stage by Thursday. I've swapped my Monday for a Friday night, to help out work but it gives me extra time to run, cycle and walk.

The weather was pretty grim though. Grey, wet and windy but I can't let that stop me! A good run with Jenny covering 11km, an out and back cycle a long the valley, and a very detoured walk to Asda and I managed to score over 60km. A good start!
