Soup’s Up!

You can’t beat a hearty bowl of soup in winter and I’m working my way through a pile of untried recipes, knocking out a pot or two every week. I think this one’s a keeper - Sweet Potato, Tomato and Leek with a chipotle zinger. Looks good, tastes good, maybe even does you good!
Walked into town earlier and managed to finish all my Christmas shopping. Could be my earliest ever.
