Photography Homework

Today the day started with dragging my dog in the rain. He was supposed to be walking, but Flame the Wonder Dog hates the cold and rain. Instead of doing what comes naturally, he sat. He arched his back. He dug his paws in the dirt clutching grass trying to draw me back inside.

The commute to work had its share of problems. The doors would not close without a lot of manual intervention of the conductor. With each attempt to close the doors, the chanting Kathys talked louder and longer. After many stops, the doors would not close no matter what the conductor tried.

When I got to my work, my primary computer died. GREAT!!!! All day I tried to bring it back to life. I left work with my computer not much better than when I started.

Tonight, I decided to stay home and take some images for my photography class. The one you see, I was in our master bedroom with only ambient light coming through the window. I set the camera to Manual. The shutter speed was set at 10 seconds. With the open shutter, I lit each of the pictures with a flash light. Best thing that happened all day!!!
