Incoming

We decided mid-afternoon to go for a walk at Petersfield Heath and, I'm pleased to say, it was much quieter than the last time I went. At one point, there were 11 swans swimming round in a group, so I stepped down to the water's edge to get a photograph and they surprised me by suddenly swimming over to me en masse and then getting out of the water. It all happened very quickly and was a bit scary, but at least I got a picture of one of them before I extracted myself from the situation!
