Needleless!

The title is not a mistake, I meant needleless!
I bought this tree at the weekend.
It is perfect in so many ways.
A lovely shape, the right size and a fine smell to it.
Needless to say, ( I meant needless this time), as soon as I got it home, I cut a little bit off the base and stood the tree in water.
But
The needles are falling from it already, in large amounts.
Today, I tried to contact the store, without any joy.
Just why do I have to speak to someone in Yorkshire regarding a concern about a shop in the north east of Scotland!!
Joe likes it but I’m pretty sure we will have to buy another tree.
