Sea light

Beautiful light on the water this afternoon. The beach was a bit quieter than at the weekend, but despite that (presumably not because) no really interesting birdlife to be seen - just gulls and cormorants. On my way back saw JoppaStrand and his wife on the Prom and had a brief, distanced chat and then also ran into my friend A on her way home from the school pickup, as well as seeing a couple of other friends to wave to on the way past. It feels good to be connected. L and I started our penguin advent calendar today, which will no doubt feature in a blip at some point during the month.
