Rental Lens

I'm going on vacation starting Monday so I decided to rent a lens. Went with the 300mm F2.8 which will be great for where I'm going to be. I threw on my 2x teleconverter onto it and went out to take pictures. I was a bit concerned about how sharp the photos would be as the lens is HUGE and image stabilization doesn't work well with the converter. I was surprised to see that the shots were quite sharp.
