Waiting for snow!

Thanks for all your stars and lovely comments over the weekend.

I spend a lot of time outdoors around our ski resort and it is so interesting each year seeing the transformation into a winter resort....so much goes on I thought I would share some of the preparstions with you. It is very much a place waiting for snow now....and it appears to be coming tomorrow! 

Left to right top: 
looking up to the top of the chair lift  through the telecabine cables. 
The ski travelator 
A machine for preparing pistes
Bottom:
Drag lifts connected and ready to go and netting put up.
A portable snow maker
A fixed snowmaker erected and cushions around it
Signs put up - these for snowshoe routes. 

These are just a few of the preparations!
