What a day!

Up at 7.30 for a big breakfast to set us up for the day. A bus ride and successful underground negotiation got us to The Shard for 10am.

The view is cracking but the 'experience' has room for improvement! Down and onto Giraffe at South Bank for lunch. Which took a bit longer than expected due to the huge crowds visiting the Festival Hall for the 'Imagine' children's festival.

We wandered across the Millennium Bridge and upto the Cambridge Theatre to see the brilliant 'Matilda the Musical'. It was 'epic' and David Leonard was superb Mum!!

With time to fill, we fiddled across the underground to Knightsbridge and had a wander around Harrods - mainly up and down the Egyptian Escalators and the Food Halls. Over the road to Waitrose to grab food for our picnic on the train - which we made with minutes to spare.

What a fantastic couple of days I've had with my big 2 babies!
