Decorating The Tree

Something we did throughout the day as we had Na’iema to ourselves while her parents celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary last night into today. Her attention wavered. It was a little hard handling the hooks on those ornaments- sometimes I forget she’s only 2! She marveled at every ornament, held it up to her cheek and sometime later got it on the tree.

Thank you very much for the kind words and sentiments on the loss of Soleil. It will take awhile to get past the rawness.
