Unusual

Two unusual things today. I took my old tiny iPod out this morning for the first time in a while. I didn't know what was on it, but I'm reasonably confident nobody has ever before listened to Frank Zappa or Nico in the gym.

the second thing is, I played 5-a-side football tonight. I'm not able to play football, but I enjoyed it and will probably go again. These apple muffins were waiting fro me when I got home. Yum.

Proper work trip tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
