Burn o Lunklet

A windy day, with a sunny morning.  It clouded over in the afternoon, and heavy showers this evening. 

Up fairly early for a Sunday, and spent the morning around the house.  Headed out west for a run in the afternoon, and also stopped off for lunch the Cake Fridge café.  Popped down to sister Laura's this evening.  Feet up now.

Before lunch, a walk up the burn with Sammy.  Plenty of rain lately, so the burn was running full.  This is a waterfall in the burn, and Shetland's largest inland waterfall, most of the big ones run over the banks.  Winter is good for the water flow here, but summer has all the wildflowers.  Me standing at the edge of the waterfall, Burn of Lunklet, East Burrafirth.
