Estepona Alley

The old town is criss-crossed with lots of these little alleys, all with different coloured flower pots.

Just as well as it is easy to get lost and sometimes the street signs are  missing.

But I made it to my acupuncture session today without incident and it was a very interesting experience.

An hour and 45 minutes later I emerged back into the street with a definite feeling of being able to walk a little more easily. It hasn't lasted very long, but this was to be expected.

Several more sessions will be required in order for more long-lasting effects to be noticed.
